Counselor Position
Our goal is to increase access to mental health treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety
disorders.

We are seeking a licensed psychologist, social worker, mental health therapist, or counselor to provide individual therapy for postpartum depression and anxiety.
This is a great opportunity for providers with previous experience or a strong interest in
working with the perinatal population.
​
You must be licensed in North Carolina and either have, or be willing to obtain, a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
This is a hybrid position.
Professional development opportunities are provided.
All billing and administrative tasks are handled by our company.

Interested applicants must have:

ï‚· Doctorate or master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field

ï‚· Current license in a mental health discipline in North Carolina

ï‚· Must have or be willing to attain a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C)

ï‚· Experience treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders

ï‚· Malpractice Insurance (or willing to obtain it)

ï‚· Dedication to providing culturally competent care
Responsibilities:

ï‚· Provide individual therapy to clients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety

ï‚· Complete all necessary progress notes, individualized treatment plans, and discharge paperwork

ï‚· Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
